I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

I purchased a 2014 120th anniversary Les Paul Jr. from LA Music. The guitar arrived in timely fashion and as advertised it is in mint condition. As I am in the U.S., I thought I would have to pay excise tax, but I didn't.
Overall, it was a great transaction and I will definitely do business with LA Music again.

I used to order from this place all the time, but recently they've been messing up my orders and charging me extra every single time now. When I call them about it they're fine with delivering what they originally didn't send me but the past 4 times I have ordered from this location they've left out numerous things that I've ordered. I just ordered their vindaloo curry dinner, 2 vegetable samosa and 2 pops. All I got was curry, no rice, no samosa and no pop and I was still charged full price for everything. I called them and I'm currently awaiting the rest of my order but I'm definitely not ordering from them anymore. It's just becoming way too much of a hassle.
They do have a hot blonde working there though

Customer service very good as well as the work done on my car , just like no one hit you at all and shines like a brand new car when they were done . I got the wiring in the basement + panel upgrade to 200 amps. The team was very professional and the owner took care of each concern personally. I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!

AV has done repairs to my car twice for damage from accidents, the first was to the back bumper and second front left fender. Both times the work was outstanding, the car looked like new. They even touched up some other minor damage to other areas complimentary. They really seem to know what they are doing, even for a high end car. Everybody working there was extremely professional, on point, and very friendly. I would go back here for future work without hesitation. Very nice waiting area too

This summer my son was biking on the street. As he wanted to impress everyone he let go of the handlebar. He lost control and scratched the entire side of a new pick up truck. Getting estimates car star was less than half the cost to repair compared to the dealer. The vehicle looked brand-new plus had full warranty on the job for the end of the lease Inspection.

This shop was amazing to deal with after I had a car accident this winter. They repaired the bumper and front end of my Mercedes and it looks even better than when I bought it. The repairs were done within two days and they even washed and detailed my car - it feels like brand new again! The team communication was great - Tony, Dave, and the lovely receptionist all were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process incredibly easy. Can't recommend the shop enough!
