I changed to this physiotherapy clinic after becoming dissatisfied with one in Ancaster. The other clinic had a preset program that they gave to every knee replacement patient regardless of age or condition. Whereas, this clinic (Krystal) listens to your issues and addresses them with specific exercises. I definitely recommend going here.

I love that I can trust Carter to care for my pets any time I go away. He always makes sure to follow my detailed instructions exactly and even will send photos of my babies to me from his visits. The zipper in my daughters jacket needed to be replaced. Vali did a wonderful job removing the broken zipper & installing a new replacement. The jacket looks like new and you'd never know the zipper had been replaced.

Patty is my colorist and stylist and I thank God I met her. She has tons of energy is so friendly and is truly amazing at her job. I have NEVER received complements on my hair like I do now. This is due 100% to Patty.

Decor was GORGEOUS, staff super friendly and efficient. One of our apps was not up to snuff so we returned and got another that was AMAZING. Everything else followed suit. Rib steak was the best I ever had. Cheesecake was divine. We would DEFINITELY go back.

Also their collision center experts are quite knowledgeable and after examining the damage they were able to explain me in details about the repair work. The work was done as explained and the car was fixed completely.
