This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money. No doubt their dark roast coffee is some of the best. But this location is very small, busy and cramped. And the parking situation....difficult. Usually finding a seat is next to impossible. Balancing your purchases while waiting to add cream and sugar, a challenge. I will say the staff have always been pleasant to deal with, friendly and efficient. The selection of treats also good, if not a little over priced. Last trip in I bought a hot chocolate for a friend.... good. Another friend tells me the tea selection, also good. So all in all, if the craving for coffee is great enough, take out at this location is the way to go. Lire plus
