The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.

I been living at Burlington Towers for 11 years & have nothing to complain about, the staff are hard working people that are doing a excellent job at keeping the entire buildings in top shape & always improuving, any erquest from tenant are look into & the respond to fix any issue is fenomenal, I have no knowledge of any other place that respond that promptly & I been around a few place in my life. 5 stars, without any esitation.
