First of all, I had the pleasure of being helped by Annie to find the perfect dress for my party and she worked with me for over 2 hours and gave me her honest input until we found the one. I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit ! I am so impressed with the staff service which is above n beyond normal. Just bought the granddaughter some jazz pants n they were too long at 4:55 pm I said I’d need to hem them so she picked up her phone to her seamstresses upstairs n had them hem in 10 minutes (free of charge) even though the were to be going home by 5 pm. Can’t give much better service than that. Thank you ladies. Darlene.

Been using them as a walk-in clinic for a few years now great service staff and doctor's I primarily saw Dr. R Payne Literally no wait time every Saturday when there was it was less then five minutes I think the only reason they are so dead is because nobody can find them Only complaint I can say is I have come a few times and they have not been open or the doctor has left early cause it was so dead but that is completely my fault for not calling and checking. :P 5/5

I recently went here for my friend's bday brunch. The food was fantastic - I had the farmers benny. We got to sit on the patio, which was nice, because the inside of the restaurant is very small. The service was wonderful, and the drink selection was quite large. I have also heard they have terrific fondue which I will be trying soon.

Jay fixed and did a set-up on my Epiphone Casino (a re-make of the Gibson John Lennon Casino, seen in the Beatles' rooftop concert) and I got it back today. It had some tuning issues, bridge problems and the intonation was a bit off, but now it plays like a dream! I am happy I live so close to this awesome shop in Calgary downtown and I highly recommend them for friendly service and professional guitar expertise.
