Zen is everything it claims to be. The minute I walked in the door I felt like I was relaxed and calm. The clinic is gorgeous and has high end touches like lemon water for patients, a fireplace in the seating area and hand towels instead of paper napkins in the washroom. In addition to having a great 'ambiance' my treatment was phenomenal. Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had! We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them.
