When my mom broke her hip after a fall, she was discharged from the hospital with no PSW support. Since she also has Alzheimer’s and dementia, we were scared and overwhelmed. We first tried a retirement home, but the care is awful and expensive. A doctor from Markham Stouffville Hospital recommended Nurse Next Door, and their home care team was very good. Their caregivers and PSWs provided compassionate 1on1 home care with mom. Very happy with services and highly recommend Lire plus

This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money. Seemed like a lot of people there could "expense" their dinners, which explains the crowd. Lire plus
