our lock broke and we got locked out of our store, we called a bunch of other locksmiths and no one was available luckily we came across A-Line , he was here within 30 minutes and was very friendly and fixed our lock in no time, and great price, i highly recommend this company!

I have been 2000-Travel loyal customer for years and have never regretted of my choice. Everything very well organized with no waste of time or nerves, at reasonable prices. But the most important is their knowledgeable guides (Yelena and Volodya). If you want to fall in love with Canada and namely, British Columbia, do not hesitat buy a trip from 2000 Travel. I recently bought kitchen cabinets at this place, the quality and price are excellent, what amazed me was their service. Tell you the true, this is my first review ever. Because their honest, helpful , caring attitude, I have to tell people. Even after the sale was completed, when I contact them, Emily replied me on her holiday, I would say not many people would do that. They were patiently help with my request. We love our new cabinets!

I live in a remote area and they have taken the time to advise and help me repair problems I have had with my pens and mechanical pencils over the phone. Paul, the Pharmacist and owner, was personable and very knowledgeable. He provided me with a secondary option for a medication that would be tolerable for my small child. He spoke with my doctor and sorted out the prescription quickly.
His shoppe is clean, new, accessible and home-like.
Paul took considerable time to explain the Rx as well as logistics of submitting to insurance.
Overall an incredible package of knoweldge, customer service, and small town warmth. I highly recommend!!

Amazing tradespeople!! In a day and age when you really do not know who is coming into your home to fix something, you want to be absolutely sure about their integrity and competency. The fine folks at Sure Heating are ALL THAT and so much more! They went above and beyond sorting out our ongoing issue with an aging Polaris hot water boiler. When it was finally clear the problem was unfixable, they replaced the specialized boiler at a very fair price. Do yourself a favour and call them first!

This company seem to have it all together. The people are very helpful and were able to get me out of a bind. I had some European equipment and local supply of the installed brands was limited. Knowledgeable Inside and Outside Technical Sales people were able to find stock components that got me back up and running.
