My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.

We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent
