In the last 12-13 years I been using AM/ PM PLUMBING for water lines repair , snaking main line, installed new 50 Gallons H W T . Last job was complete bathroom renovation., new tub drain with drain and overflow, new tub and shower faucet, new toilet , new vanity sink drain and faucet. I am very happy with the job guy did and price very reasonable. I will highly recommended to everyone to use AM/ PM PLUMBING AND DRAIN CLEANING.

Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.
Cons: If I ever think of any, i'll let you know.

Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. a food truck without the wheels. Love Daravara. awesome community restaurant and pub. when it first opened, I remember thinking "this is a food truck without the wheels" and so it continues... except for the adult beverages.
the burgers are great and the limited edition "Dirty Burger", only available on weekends are out of this world.
the Popcorn Chicken Hearts are also amazing and this is the only place in Edmonton I think they're available.

I hired this company to clean my furnace and ducts. Unlike some other companies, they took time to get the job done properly. They sealed all vents with the vent covers before they started to clean. They also used corner guards and blankets to protect the walls and floors. I randomly checked a few vents and they were really clean. I am really happy with the work they performed and use them in the future.

Great service from this company, I called them at 2:30 in the morning because my hot water tank was leaking all over the basement and the gentleman on the phone guided me through draining my tank so it would't cause any damage. Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning.
I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I will be definitely calling them in the future, not just after completing renos!
