I visited this location to repair the screen of my M1 Pro, and the outcome was exceptional. The diagnosis was quick and conducted with utmost honesty. What sets this shop apart from others is their practice of diagnosing and opening the MacBook right in front of the customer. You can discuss any issue regarding your MacBook directly with the staff. Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I am extremely grateful for his expertise. He was professional and completed in a timely manner and kept me in the loop via text messages the entire time
