The manager Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for. I'm not tech savvy at all so shopping for tech equipment and parts are challenging for me lol! I'm definitely going back again because he really made it easy for me.

AMAZING service! they recovered my data for 80% less than what I was quoted by geeksquad... My external hard drive stopped working and I had a lot of important data on it as I am a professor at Ryerson and had all my students assignments on it so naturally I panic and called best buy (worst decision ever), they told me my drive was totally dead and it would cost $1650 - $2000 for the recovery. I did a search and found these guys for a second opinion, when i brought it in they quoted me $350 WOW.

Had our 1 year old computer restored. All data recovered, including 20 years' worth of pictures. Service was fast and passed on some good advice to us. I would recommend them for sure. Brigitte

Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . I just have to state the staff and owner was amazing. I went in upset as I needed my phone and could not be without it. They fixed my phone, and there was a lot wrong with it. it was cost effective as their pricing was very fair. I recommend this company and i Will come back and refer them to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and they also are very empathetic to customers who come in upset and scared the phone would never work again. But they fixed it with no issues!!

I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!

2019-03-30th. Today one selling woman just little further on the right side from the entrance by the table have done amazing speech about a product I asked for. For me is important only being fair about a product and people do not have to love me or hate me. If anyone else does something wrong , then of course have to be reported, when comes to the body safety mostly from the customers.
This was a great moment at this Apple RETAIL STORE with asked questiones, that were answered clearly.
