I have been using Dave's services 11 years. I would never go to anyone else. I am sure there are others out there with the same qualifications, but you will never find a more honest, helpful person to help you when you are in need of maintenance or are at your wits end and are looking for a hammer.
Dave is always busy, but never too busy to answer a question. He always keeps you undated on any virus out there. He never overcharges. Try him out once and you will be a client for life.

Always have all my questions answered when I come in. The owner is knowledgable about the products good at helping you find what you want. There is a $50 membership fee but that goes straight back to you once you purchase something. The website is a good place to start looking for items if you want to bronwse, but the store has much more options. Overall great store and have been coming back for many years now

I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. I haven't had a family doctor for the past 20-odd years and always rely on a good medical clinic for any ailments that I may suffer through. This little clinic is easily one of my favourites. I have had a number of different doctors see me and each time the care is excellent and the doctor really cares about what I am telling them and makes sure that my chart is well noted for my next visit. The care is often so good that I wish that some of the doctors I see set up their own practices but alas that never seems to happen. I also find that they are amenable to referring you to specialists when they feel that is what you require based on your symptoms, etc. The only small, teeny tiny complaint I have is their "policy" of letting people come in, put their name on the list and then leave to come back at or around their allotted time. A couple of times I have walked in and thought that the wait would not be long judging by the number of people in the waiting area only to be told that the wait will be 2 hours or more. Sometimes waiting is the best policy though because people occasionally don't make it back in time and once you miss your slot they take the next person who is there. All in all, I can't say enough good things about the excellent care at Broadway & Burrard Medical Clinic!

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
