I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. We had our kitchen cupboards refinished by Sharrard Painting just under two years ago. Todd and his team were professional, completed the work on time and it totally transformed the look of our kitchen for a fraction of what it would have cost us to switch out our cabinets.
About a month ago, we noticed 2 cupboards that had some minor issues that we were hoping Todd's team could repair. Instead of a "touch up", they totally resurfaced both at no additional cost to us - all under warranty!
