My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. He took pride in ensuring the job was ‘done properly’ and that the finished product looked good. I definitely recommend this company.

I was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even though I didnt really know what I needed they were able to guide me through the whole process, from fist call to wrap up, these guys were professional and prompt. Special shout out to the owner who called me back personally to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.
