From the moment Sunterra Market opened this summer, it has been one of my most frequent destinations and here's why.
Versatility.
There is no other market that offers the range of services, setting and overall service in the city period.
The location is separated into 3 distinct floors:
The main is a market that features a deli counter, bakery, produce, butcher, salad bar and tons of other goods.
The second floor offers cooking classes and group functions that allow an in house chef to feature their skills.
The top level has one of Calgary's coolest patios and is located in proximity to their buffet style line and higher end restaurant.
There is also a full feature bar and a large dining section.
All in all the staff is great, management cares and there is no other place that matches their experience.

Quite possibly my best escape room experience. Highly immersive, amazing decoration, and the puzzles were both challenging and sensible. CABIN FEVER outright terrified us several times.

For ease of mind and much relief on the pocket book, I would not hesitate to rent a car from this establishment on Meridian Road in the future should I require such a service again. If you are looking for that perfect halloween costume then look no further. The selection is there in every size and character. You can even purchase batman, the 1000 dollar item, you wil look just like the one in the movie. If you dont want to go to that extreme you can just buy a mask or anything in between. The staff is great and they'll even let you try it on before you buy it. They can be a little pricey, but thats what happens if you leave things to the last minute! Happy Halloween!

I stayed for a week, after being in a more high-end hotel, and honestly I enjoyed it here even more. You will get more value for the price here. Free internet, free breakfast, and they can provide you with anything you may have forgotten (like my toothbrush). The staff are very kind, and always have fresh cookies on the counter. Nice stay all in all.
