Oh my gosh is all I can say. What a beautiful experience this was right from the telephone conversations…to walking into their showroom and meeting Theresa … to having the screens installed on our French doors … that enter on to our patio … and what a beautiful job done by Glen!!!! and the screens fit perfectly and we love them ….we were so fortunate they had just what we wanted in stock and as luck would have it all was bought and installed within 5 days. This was my first visit to him after great recommendations from other patients, including my wife. She has never had a good experience with a dentist until now. I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced! I highly recommend him: 10 out of 10!

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

They were incredibly efficient in expediting in getting a new Bertazzoni steam oven installation. The oven’s pump quit shortly after purchase. We had bought from a different vender, but had problems getting repairs. Once Genier’s took over, it was handled so professionally. They had called several times to check on our progress. Wish we had bought from them in the first place.
