This is such an amazing gym! The instructors for group exercise classes are top of the line. I enjoy their Zumba classes and yoga classes. The studio is super spacious! The gym is huge and very clean. I love their modern equipment such as the power racks, reverse hyper, and cable machines! They have plenty of equipment, it's never crowded and I like how clean it is and they have the most professional gym equipment like the hammer strength area, and their cardio machines. The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

I came to Micron after a few bad experiences at other clinics and was instantly struck by their authentic, informal and friendly approach. I suffer from trichotillomania. Rafay was extremely empathetic and helped allay my many fears. They were reassuring and really experienced. I felt like the guys truly cared about me, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me the best experience. For any other TTM sufferers out there considering it, give them a shot.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. This store was recommended by a friend and now this is the place I will stop first for hockey equipment. The staff was very informative about their products and I trust them for the right fit for me when it comes to hockey. Parking is free and available on most days.

Hands down great food eats here but long waits and your entire party needs to be present or they will not seat you, fair enough. I have been a few times now and all the food is very good and you have to start with one of their wonderful waffles and share your topping with the rest of your table to enjoy the different flavours. Worth waiting in line for.

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
If you want peace of mind, give these guys a call!

Great dental place. The staff is very competent and nice, the service is top-level, and the place is pretty, modern, and clean, Dr.Alex was very helpful and professional. And they answer all your questions. And if you have an insurance coverage, do not hesitate to ask them. To sum it up: Accord Dental in Kitsilano is a great place to take care of your teeth!

Service level is over 95% We have used this company several times. The latest was a Gas fire routine maintenance which turned out to be a bit more complicated.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
