Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
If you want peace of mind, give these guys a call!

Call me a die-hard but I liked it better when these stores were all called Radio Shack. That said they are still the same in a lot of respects. This is still the place to go for all kinds of audio and video doodads that you just won't find all in one place without going to the Source. What's more is that they offer a great selection of other unique products that aren't often available anywhere else like USB devices that capture 35mm slides. They have done a good job in keeping with the times too and are quite a major Bell Mobility dealer and offer a selection of flat screen TVs and computer accessories too.

I took my computer in this morning and within several hours they had it up and running again! I live in the area and did not know they were there. It was from Staples and my local banker who told me about Tech RX. Diego and Geoffrey did an amazing job, they are so knowledgeable, thorough and fast! Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

With a great selection of guides, maps and books they have everything you need to plan your next expedition. And once you've planned it they also provide all of the accessories you could possible need as well! Travel lights, power adapters and all kinds of other items are available to meet your needs. But then, of course, you're going to need something to pack all of your items. Good thing Wanderlust carries luggage as well! Like the title of the review says...if you're going on a trip travel to Wanderlust first!
