He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. My twin boys love it. Most days Im lucky if I get a hug goodbye because they are just so excited to get in there. When I drop them off at 6am there is already educational activities and crafts out on the table and the boys just dive right in. The staff are lovely and the boys are always happy to see them.
