We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. We did all of the selections over the phone, emails and text. The team was very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeline, service and price.

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. This is the only construction company I've used for the last 15+ years. They've built my pond / landscaped the gardens, designed and built the front porch, back deck, upgraded two small kitchen windows to a big bay window, redid my kitchen, bathroom and most recently retiled my entryway and refinished my hardwood stairs.
