Awesome, Awesome people, plans, trees and plants!! Wonderful service and such tidy work. We have had many upgrades to our landscaping lately and HVN has done an outstanding job. They are hard workers and leave everything looking perfect. After care, fertilizing and mulching is always done in a timely manner and with great care. Rob is brilliant! I first visited Allen's back in the 80's, not long after it opened, and I was instantly smitten. So much so, in fact that I moved into the neighbourhood! First I was a regular, then a nuisance, and finally a piece of furniture. I finally moved back to Markham in 1998, and cannot justify going anywhere south of Steeles Avenue without stopping into Allen's for lunch. The food is imaginative, superbly prepared, and so delicious, that even when I'm full, I often look at the menu again, just to see what I'll be ordering on my next visit! And the patio? Scott did work on a number of renovation projects and did an excellent job. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. His recommendations for lighting were right on and I would have no issues using Beetham Electric again. Only downside is he so busy, he is hard to get a hold of, but I guess that's a good thing. Poinsettias and Christmas trees are available in the Christmas season. Beautiful decor, gift cards, vases, soaps and trinkets line the walls of Sweetpea's creating a little piece of heaven. After trying several other florists in the area and in Etobicoke Sweetpea's always astounds me with the freshness of their flowers. Bouquets last anywhere from one to 3 weeks depending on the sunlight or indoor temperatures. The prices vary depending on the type of flowers but they are competitive, if not a little cheaper.
