I want to express my utmost appreciation to Christine, Dan and Darren from Firehall #3 . You provided such special assistance after I called 911 early on a Sunday morning early in July after a pipe burst and flooding( my apologies for not responding sooner) . Your kind , calm manner and assistance was remarkable. You offered help beyond what was expected …from bottled water to checking smoke alarms and giving me helpful advice. I have praised you many times ….sorry I have not voiced it sooner .

I called DJM Fire Alarm Services on a holiday Monday with an alarm situation. He showed up and got the job done. He always answers his phone and is available to customers. His work was very thorough and he is one of the few technicians that is familiar with older alarm systems like ours.
