AMAZING customer service from Dock Edge. I have a pair of mooring whips and a pair of wall mount flag poles from Dock Edge and they are excellent products. I had a small part on one of my flagpoles which broke and I emailed them to buy the part, they told me to come in and they searched the whole facility to find some to give me. I will definitely buy Dock Edge products in the future.

Rob has incredible patience and re-explains things we didn't understand. He is very easy to talk to, and can translate difficult concepts into layman terms. Rob educated us on all products available and which would be of interest or beneficial to us without being pushy along the. The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Renee. She fit us in in just a few minutes and we had no appointment. Polite and took time out to talk to our kids she was a very sweet lady. Our tax person was Sally is very knowledgable and will give them both a 15 out of 10 for sure
