Yes, it is sometimes full of people waiting and it is tedious. In the long run, everybody is nice, polite, and does your tests.

I have brought multiple pets to this hospital over the years.My pets have visited them multiple times whenever they had problems. Whenever there was a problem Dr. Rana would tell us step by step what needs to be done to return them to a good health. If there are any surgeries performed, our pets received great treatment. They are very caring, calling us multiple times to check on the recovery of our pets.
The staff is very cheerful and friendly! From the attention and petting they have given my cats and dogs i can say that they must be big animal lovers!
I have recommended this place to my friends and they enjoy the service here too!

Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring. Great Entertainment at a very reasonable cost. The food is very good. The only thing I would like to see is Molson Canadian beer, or something like it. I dont care for Craft Beer and I know many others don t, but it seems to be the trend. BUT, in saying that, I still think it is an excellent evening out and a Great Place!

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.

I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service!
