I was having severe dizzy spells and needed to use the wheel chair. A young man named Chris pushed me in the wheel chair and also pushed the cart to pick up my groceries. Finally helping me at the cash. Thank you Chris for all your help.

Every single person who works at Rexall in Smiths Falls are so nice and helpful. I have been going there for many years and am very happy with the customer service. The people at the pharmacy are so nice and kind too. Very awesome experience.

My grandparents and my mother owned the store back in the ,1950s. They also lived there as well. It is still a great place to shop especially the ice cream that the sale during the summer time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
That is the reason that I gave it 5 stars.
On the other hand, the companies decision to close down the doughnut section in the Brockville location on Stewart Blvd and Laurier will cost jobs and money.
I stopped in for the cookies.
They were thick and excellent.
I also bought gas at times but the main reason I chose your store was for the cookies.
The closest one apparently that still sells that is Kemptville.
