I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. The staff's knowledge about different subjects is fantastic, and they seem to know if you would like to chat, or just stay quiet and relax. Loved the ambience. Nice and relaxing.

My son wants a gekko and is now saving thanks to the friendly staff at Paradise Pets. The sales person walked him through all that is required to be a good gekko owner, including what supplies you need to get started as well as ongoing feeding and care of your gekko. Fantastic help.

I went to this store for the first time to open a pay as you go account. Mohamoud helped me every step of the way. He was so pleasant and very helpful. I returned back to the store because I needed to upgrade to a better plan and I was lucky enough to get his customer service once again!!
