Had a problem that I thought was going to be unsolvable but Francisco was able to take charge and handled it very professionally and without creating any drama.
From a consumer's point of view, this was unexpected and very positive. He went beyond what I expected and I am very happy to have done business with him and his company.

I have been coming to this place for the last 2-3 years and had 10 trips booked with Shannon. She has been extremely helpful in getting my last minute deals! As a Fido cellular phone ambassador, Ravi, one of the store's sales representatives, was very helpful, enthusiastic and thorough in his review in helping me renew my contract and upgrade to an IPhone 5s. He showed diligence and care in dealing with Fido reps on the phone as my representative, to ensure all my pre-negotiated inclusions were in my new contract prior to leaving the store.. I would highly recommend people to go see Ravi when considering a new Fido phone and/or contract.
Note: While I was in store however waiting for Ravi to finish helping me however, I observed that his fellow sales associate did not once acknowledge customers entering the store! He just sat there staring at his computer. I would encourage the owners of this franchise to consider Mystery shoppers to ensure all customers equally receive the same level of customer service from this store.

I just returned to this location to rent a storage unit, having dealt with them a few years ago they were the first ones I thought of when circumstances arose where we need storage for our business again.
It was wonderful to see the same staff there, (I think owners)that were there before, and same great service. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, made my decision and everything very easy.
I highly recommend this location to anyone that appreciates good service. Glenn

Omg, never received this great of service from a repair shop. Not only did the manager, Nav Goyal, arrange for a suitable rental to match my car, he even stayed long after business hours to make sure I could pick up my car when it was ready. I highly recommend this place for getting your car fixed.

We are flooring contractors who needed garbage to be picked up from multiple work sites - a variety of debris and rubbish from renovation jobs such as heavy tiles and mortar, old hardwood flooring, and a lot of drywall. He didn't hesitate to come promptly to give us a fair price and saved us a lot of time in our busy season. This man had a positive attitude despite the fact our garbage had been sitting out in rainy conditions. Excellent service operated by an honest man - would use him again!

Hi everybody,
I want to share my experience with these people. I was interested in 2005 Honda Civic couple called the sales manager Tony and was told that the vehicle was being inspected. They took me to their mechanic Nikky and was given a full 150 point inspection report. Showed me the invoices as proof of the work done. They are bit firm on their prices. After all the work they have put into the vehicle, I didn't argue.
I recommend them.
