I loved the care and compassion of the staff and the vet the most, but was also impressed by how clean this hospital is - cleaner than any Vet I've seen before. The prices are fair and they followed up about my Lucy after she had healed. They are also patient and flexible about rebooking appointments or booking at short notice. Me and Lucy are totally impressed :)

I was set up for a full cut & foils with Shanda, and may I just say she was fantastic. My color was done at the beginning on May, and has lasted so beautifully. I have recommended the spa services to a few family members, and they too have enjoyed their time here.
I have been to a few salons in my day, but non compare to the quality that this place produces. Thank you for a great and consistent experience.

Took my 3 grown kids for lunch today. Food was delicious- so fresh and the portions were huge! Service was great as usual. It was nice that due to Covid the restaurant was quieter. I realize I didn’t notice the voice calling out the orders over the intercom today. Maybe they have done away with that. I hope so. It was very loud and annoying especially if you sat under the speaker. 5 stars today.

A couple of girlfriends and I were heading on a disney cruise with our children, we needed to get to the port of Vancouver with tons of luggage and tons of kids hassel free. We started taking our mini poodle, Coco, to 'Just for Barks' when she was 4 1/2 months old. What a difference this has made. When we 1st took Coco she was a hyper-active, hyper-excitable puppy. In a very short time with Odette's teaching along with being with the other well behaved dogs, Coco has become a lovely, calm, responsive pup. The best part has been the basic teaching that my husband & I have received. We now know how to address some of the issues with a puppy.
