There is no pressure and he encourages educating his patients on their specific needs. The office staff are considerate of time and schedules when booking and you can see they enjoy working there. Great service, very welcoming and friendly. I had a few nicks and scratches that they buffed out and repainted along with my repair and my old car is looking better than ever. The paint job was nearly perfect apart from a minor imperfection and they finished my major repair in a timely manner. I didn't have car rental coverage, but they supplied me with their on-site loaner car. It was great all-around and i plan on returning in the future.

I just left my second meeting with Vinnie from Clearly Plumbing in Vancouver. Even though it has turned out that the project is not possible, Vinnie and his partner Roger were willing to share their experience and expertise by offering other possible solutions. I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service! Very professional
