I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. Parm and Kaitlyn went beyond the call of duty to serve me creating and adjusting my blinds. the lifestyle change and freedom my mom enjoys at Bear Creek Villa has put years on her life. I still visit her once a week but she has so many friends and is involved in all the activities that I barely get her to myself. I brought in my old jalopy of a leaf blower/sucker with a broken pull cord. Daria and Tyler helped me get going again and found me some gently used parts at a fraction of the price compared to new instead of pushing for a new sale and were super friendly and knowledgeable while doing so. Instead of waiting 4 weeks they had me off and running in less than an hour. Common sense. Common decency. What a change from the rest of society lately. I wish I had a 6 star rating available.
