I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.Lire plus

I was experiencing issues with my Bell Wi-Fi, so I reached out to Signa to improve speed and coverage in my home. They recommended a Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system, which was expensive. However, considering all I've been through with Rogers, then mesh, and finally Bell, I decided to give this new system a try. Now, coverage is excellent across all three floors of my home, and speed matches what I'm paying for with Bell. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the Ubiquiti system and highly recommend Signa.Lire plus
