We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in. We were able to have the window frame repaired in just a few days. I cannot Thank this company enough for their courteous service and efficient workmanship. Our sincere "Thanks"

I called CertaPro Painters based on the reviews I saw from other reviews I had read. The response from the company was very quick and the whole process was really easy to deal with. Everyone from the estimator, who had made two trips out to Olds, to the staff that booked the project, and the people that came out and did our job were very Professional and Accommodating. Now that the renovation is complete, the store is actually pretty nice and organized. However, theres a few areas, like the flooring, hardware and some product selections that could be improved on if they want to be a more complete supplier in the reno market. The store itself is great though.
