This is BY FAR the best business I've gone to for laser hair removal. The service is great, and the results are even more impressive. I've had laser hair removal in Prince George, Terrace, and with Smooth Effects in Vernon and Kelowna. Hands-down, they were the most cost effective and had the best results. Without a doubt, the laser machines that use cryogen to cool the skin are the most effective for my hair removal. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Keep up the great work Smooth Effects!!!

With the ravages of climate change we improved our ability to enjoy our back seating area with a beautiful retractable awning. Best investment in energy saving for our house as well saves us from the reflective heat from our gravel driveway which prevented us from enjoying sitting outside until late in the evening. Now we enjoy our outside patio all day everyday. Was like having a 25 year old instant shade tree. Thank you Shutters and Shade for fantastic sales, service and follow up. You rock.

Tammy is simply amazing. I can think of no one in Kamloops I would trust my dogs with more. They were looking extremely relaxed and comfortable when I picked them up and weren't in a rush to leave. The park like setting was great for them to run and play in and I love the hammocks for them to sleep on. Couldn't ask for a better place to leave my family while I am out of the country.
