Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John

When arriving at my initial consultation with Isabelle, I did not know what to expect. I had never spoken with a homeopath before. Despite my social anxiety, I felt at ease with Isabelle. She asked me many questions, which helped me describe my life to her. She is non-judgmental and compassionate. I never feel under pressure while talking with Isabelle. Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having them inspect your pc or mac, they will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions like they did for me.

I haven't had a family doctor for the past 20-odd years and always rely on a good medical clinic for any ailments that I may suffer through. This little clinic is easily one of my favourites. I have had a number of different doctors see me and each time the care is excellent and the doctor really cares about what I am telling them and makes sure that my chart is well noted for my next visit. The care is often so good that I wish that some of the doctors I see set up their own practices but alas that never seems to happen. I also find that they are amenable to referring you to specialists when they feel that is what you require based on your symptoms, etc. The only small, teeny tiny complaint I have is their "policy" of letting people come in, put their name on the list and then leave to come back at or around their allotted time. A couple of times I have walked in and thought that the wait would not be long judging by the number of people in the waiting area only to be told that the wait will be 2 hours or more. Sometimes waiting is the best policy though because people occasionally don't make it back in time and once you miss your slot they take the next person who is there. All in all, I can't say enough good things about the excellent care at Broadway & Burrard Medical Clinic!

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
If you want peace of mind, give these guys a call!

Great dental place. The staff is very competent and nice, the service is top-level, and the place is pretty, modern, and clean, Dr.Alex was very helpful and professional. And they answer all your questions. And if you have an insurance coverage, do not hesitate to ask them. To sum it up: Accord Dental in Kitsilano is a great place to take care of your teeth!

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! Prices have gone up, VHS tapes from 1.99 to 2.99 inflation hits in the strangest places. As long as that increase goes towards a living wage for staff I don't mind. Good selection most days, But AVOID seniors discount day (i think its tuesday or wednesday) Unless you're a senior, then go ham gam gam.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.
