I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.

About a month ago, we noticed 2 cupboards that had some minor issues that we were hoping Todd's team could repair. Instead of a "touch up", they totally resurfaced both at no additional cost to us - all under warranty!

Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Final invoice was clearly explained, cost was reasonable and in-line with the original discussion.
Would definitely use this service again.
