There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !

I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue

They have an excellent choice of slabs in their showroom from Granite to Quartz, and etc. From the time we were contacted to schedule for measurement, we were pleased with the friendly customer service. Also during installation, very prompt and detailed. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I will recommend Rock With Us to all of my family and friends. I will be getting my bathroom done next time around.
