I have used Chris over the years to service my printer and my laptop. His service has always been superb and extremely professional. Most recently, Chris serviced my laptop when it had become infected by a virus. Chris cleaned the laptop and it now runs better than it has in years. Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!
