It was a cold and stormy winter day in February. They came to my place to pick up Sassy cat the day before I left for the trip. I really appreciate it. They will arrange pickups and drop-offs. I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water.
