Skoah is one of the best places to go if you want to treat yourself to a little pampering. Their helpful and friendly staff will take all your stress away, and you will leave feeling like a new person. My favorite treatment is called Facealicious, it is a full facial, massage from knees down to feet, arms, hands, shoulders and head. I love it!

This is such an amazing gym! The instructors for group exercise classes are top of the line. I enjoy their Zumba classes and yoga classes. The studio is super spacious! The gym is huge and very clean. I love their modern equipment such as the power racks, reverse hyper, and cable machines! They have plenty of equipment, it's never crowded and I like how clean it is and they have the most professional gym equipment like the hammer strength area, and their cardio machines. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.
