The Owner, Scott, is very knowledgeable about what the prices are and what he can sell things for. He has a vast variety of things for everyones taste. His loans on items are fair and reasonable and on par with the going rates. Hes very pleasant to interact with and he knows his business well. The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose my quartz countertops and sinks for my kitchen and two bathrooms.
They have beautiful quartz and granite to choose from. And I felt their prices were reasonable.

I hired movers for the first time to move from London to downtown Toronto and was very satisfied with my experience with SS&D. My two movers were punctual, courteous and professional. They were very efficient with loading/unloading everything and disassembling/assembling furniture. Everything was wrapped well and handled with care. It was a long moving day (and not to mention very hot), but it was made easier by SS&Ds expertise in moving and professionalism.

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!
