Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.

Dr. Shimizu did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth for multiple members in my family and I told him I would not be able to have a follow up the next week ad I would be out of the city and just now at 9pm at night he went out of his way to call me and see how my teeth were.
