Jesse was recommended by a good friend. I'm glad he did. Jesse was prompt on coming to view my crumbling chimney. He covered all the bases on how to do the correct job. He is a real gentleman to deal with and talk to. His crew were top notch, very friendly and respectable. They take tremendous pride in their work and it shows! The brick on my house has not be produced for 30 years but he came up with an incredible match. Very positive experience and would highly recommend!

I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Excellent customer service and a comprehensive, well-maintained inventory of chemicals, water treatment/maintenance options & pool accessories (including a nice selection of pool toys & floating chairs). Prices are reasonable with a regular assortment of discounted items & specials. In fact, I can’t recall in 10 years ever being told that a product was out of stock or having left empty-handed. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance & advice. Highly recommended!
