The Stretch and Strength class really helped improve my flexibility and core strength. Exercises are very innovative and challenging and the instructor provided excellent feedback. My private dance coaching was amazing!...the phenomenal skill and teaching ability of Karen Andrew really helped me improve my skills. The studio is very new and clean as well, with easy street parking in front, and its right off the DVP....very easy to access.

I have Dr. Afshar himself extremely understanding of the client's needs and the dental implant/dentures or just the cleaning services required. In my own experience, more than once he went out of his clinic hours to look after me. I conversed with other of his patients and they all had high praise not only for the dental service and expertise he provides but his humane understanding of his clients needs.
