I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!

Always willing to answer your questions. The service he provides, the big box retailers can only dream of. Ask your big box retailer what you would do if something goes wrong with your purchase in the first couple of years and factor than into the price. Do not judge a book by its cover.
