I was pleasantly greeted outside the door and escorted to customer service where I had an order to pick up. Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

Went in for a watch battery, ended up buying two estate pieces. I found a ring exactly like my grandmothers, old style diamonds, absolutely beautiful, and they worked out a great deal. As well as that, I bought a emerald bracelet for my daughter. The ladies let me know that if she didn't like it she could come back and exchange it for something else, needless to say my daughter loves it. I will most definitely be back to this store, the staff were great, and the prices are excellent.

On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue

Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. It feels like a family whenever I go in to have my hair done. There was a few impatient clients in there while I was there and the girls still smiled and were friendly to each and every client.
