My Mother had no hot water so we called Jumbo Plumbing. They responded right away and were there within an hour. They told us what had gone wrong and that we could get away with an element replacement however based on age of the tank they told us a replacement isn't a bad option for us either. We decided to go with the new tank. The guys got started right away and we had hot water back within 2 hours. Would highly recommend Jumbo Plumbing. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable and super friendly installing some natural gas runs for us and disconnecting /reconnecting our AC. He clearly cares about the comfort of his clients and was willing to come back closer to the date we are having an excavation done to disconnect our AC so that we would not have to suffer without it.
