Loved the 2020 Mercedes C300 AMG I rented from here after I was hit in my 2018 C300. The office staff were very knowledgeable with everything and walked me through the whole process with a breeze. This store is probaly the best store for fishing/ outdoor supplies in thye world. They have everything you can think of, and Bass Pro has an amazing staff that know there stuff. I have to say I am extremly amazed how a store can be so fantastic.

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?
That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
I brought the car in the next morning and waited for magic to be done. Excellent experience!
