Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.

I highly recommend this pharmacist- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and kind. Always knows who I am and greets me by name. It is part of the west 10th 'community', a rapidly disappearing concept in the once lovely Vancouver. This is the place I have my prescriptions filled because I know the wait will be as short as possible and the service excellent.

This has to be, by far,THE absolute BEST pharmacy in the area!! The GENUINELY CARE not only about your health, but about each and every one of their clients individually as people! Not just as another $ walking in the door! Not only will they strive to give the BEST service possible, they have on many occasions, gone above and beyond for their clients. A friend recommended this place, and I am sure glad I listened.
I was set up for a full cut & foils with Shanda, and may I just say she was fantastic. My color was done at the beginning on May, and has lasted so beautifully. I have recommended the spa services to a few family members, and they too have enjoyed their time here.
I have been to a few salons in my day, but non compare to the quality that this place produces. Thank you for a great and consistent experience.
