I recently hired Scannell for 3 hours to move some large pieces between homes. I was a bit worried as my sister had a bad experience with other movers and I couldn't find any positive reviews to pick from. so I requested quotes from 4 movers and settled on Scannell, as they provide an all in hourly rate price, without extra surcharges. The movers were great, they were running a little late but when they arrived you never would have known they were working by the hour. They were very quick, careful with everything they moved and really made me feel comfortable with them moving my items. They were even able to get a few pieces into my new basement without damage that I didnt' even think would fit. Overall a very positive expereience and I woul defnitely recommend them to anyone. This is an old time favourite, I don't know how they do it, but they always have a special and it is always the best in town. Off the menue, the Fajita's are some of the best in the city, they make a great burger too. Thi is a very busy spot on Fridays after work for locals, and does a good business on Wednesday and Thursday evenings too with sports groups and locals. The place is loud when busy, do to a horrible wood ceiling they added 4 or 5 years ago when they renevated. But it is quite and slower paced at noon and early in the week, or surprisinly on weekends. Over all it is my favourite in the city - don't ruin it! Lire plus
